Faisalabad, July 18, 2022 (PPI-OT): In the 49th Annual WAPDA Inter-Unit Table Tennis Competition, Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) women, team secured first position while overall FESCO team won the second position. NTDC team was declared the winner with 116 points in these competitions organized by WAPDA Sports Board while FESCO got the second position with 83 points and IESCO remained third at position with 65 points.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) FESCO Engr. Bashir Ahmad has congratulated the FESCO team for securing the second position in the table tennis competition and appreciated the hard work and dedication of the players and management. He hoped that FESCO players will work hard and practice as much as possible with the same spirit of winning and will make the name of FESCO and the country shine in other sports and get the first position in the tournament. Teams from FESCO (Faisalabad), LESCO (Lahore), GEPCO (Gujranwala), MEPCO (Multan), IESCO (Islamabad) and NTDC participated in this tournament. Manager FESCO Table Tennis Team Nadeem Akbar Kahlon, Assistant Manager Mohammad Arif and others were also present during the closing ceremony of the tournament.
