Sialkot, December 16, 2022 (PPI-OT):On December 14, 2022, Mr. JAKOB LINULF, Ambassador of Denmark to Pakistan visited Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry to interact with the Business Community of Sialkot. The Ambassador was welcomed by Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Malik, President SCCI and while addressing to participants, the President SCCI said that both Pakistan and Denmark should ensure dedicated efforts to further improve two-way trade under the light of GSP+ Status.

Mr. Malik said that Pakistan could also learn from how Denmark had developed its robust employment generating SME sector. He further mentioned that Pakistan can follow the footsteps of Denmark by investing into projects relating to clean energy, artificial intelligence and skill development of its youth.

Mr. JAKOB LINULF, Ambassador of Denmark to Pakistan while addressing the participants of the meeting praised the achievements of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry and said that both sides need to collaborate to enhance the Bi-lateral Trade. The Ambassador added that Denmark was committed to help Pakistan in combating issues related to climate changes.
