Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing calls on CM GB in Islamabad

The Islamabad based Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing called on Chief Minister Hafeez-ur-Rehman in Islamabad and discussed matters pertaining to joint development projects being implemented in Gilgit Baltistan.

CM Media cell reports that Chinas Ambassador on the occasion assured that China Government will transfer five billion rupees in GB Government account for completion of ongoing welfare projects in next week.

It has been decided that China will provide access to Gilgit Baltistan for export of vegetables and fruits to Chinas markets.

Hafeez-ur-Rehman said CPEC will bring prosperity in the region including Gilgit Baltistan.

It has been decided to exchange delegation between Xaijing Province and Gilgit Baltistan to share expertise of each others.

Both leaders also agreed to initiate steps to make KKH between Gilgit and Kashgar all weather.
