The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet approved on Friday a waiver of sales taxand customs duty on the import of cotton. The ECC meeting headed by Prime Minister Shahid KhaqanAbbasi, decided that the waiver will take effect from Jan 8.
