KSE-100 Index gained over 261 points during the day to close at 41,611. Investor confidence improved on account of rupee gains and reduction in trade deficit for Sept-2022. Traded volumes stood at 636mn shares where WTL (-3.7%), TELE (5.1%), TRG (7.5%), FLYNG (1.7%) and GTECH (-7.4%) were the major contributors. Going forward, we recommend investors to avail any downside as an opportunity to buy in the Cements, Steel and Technology sectors.
