Lahore, September 29, 2022 (PPI-OT):Mr. Moazzam Ghurki elected unopposed as the President of Pakistan-China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI), whereas Mr. Fang Yulong, and Mr. Hamza Khalid, are elected as Senior Vice President and Vice President of the body, respectively. It was announced by the Election Commissioner at 8th Annual General Meeting of the PCJCCI, held with the outgoing President Mr. Wang Zihai and Senior Vice President Mr. Ehsan Choudhry, here at the PCJCCI Secretariat on Wednesday.

According to the election results for the year 2022-2023, five new members have been elected on the vacant seats of Executive Committee. The newly elected Executive Committee Members includes; Mr. Moazzam Ghurki, Mr. Saad Akbar Khan, Mr. Hamza Khalid, Mr. Fang Yulong, Mr. Syed Ali Raza Rizvi.

Mr. Moazzam Ghurki, in a press statement, acknowledged the massive positive developments under the presidency of Mr. Wang Zihai. He said that “It is due to the capable leadership of him that today PCJCCI has achieved high targets and now heading towards the bigger goals”. He also said and strongly affirmed that due to his prominent position in the Chinese business community, he would utilise all his business relations and expertise for the progress of the chamber.

Mr. Hamza Khalid, Vice President PCJCCI shared his views by saying that I will try to provide maximum facilities to our Chinese counterparts because there are many Chinese companies who want to initiate low-cost housing construction at the flood affected areas, together we will rebuild the affected areas of our beloved country.
