Karachi, January 02, 2018 (PPI-OT):KSE-100 index gained 240 points yesterday, to close at 40711 with 118mn shares being traded. Top performance as per index points was witnessed in HBL, ENGRO and BAHL; top decliners were PAKT, MCB and ABOT. Activity was mainly concentrated in Engineering, Technology and Communication and Cement.
